These terms apply to purchases from and use of thelittlecedar.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Who can place an order
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Our children's products are intended to be purchased by adults. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, and keep any account credentials secure.
Products and sizing
Please check the product description, selected size, variant and price before purchasing. Photographs help show the product, but screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or do not match their description. If you need help with sizing, please contact us before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The checkout shows your order total, including any applicable taxes, before you submit payment. Standard shipping to the United States is free. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Prices may change for future orders. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options before proceeding. If we cannot fulfil an order, any payment collected for cancelled items will be refunded.
Orders and availability
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Products remain subject to availability. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order because of a payment issue, an incorrect listing or suspected fraud, we will notify you using the details provided. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible with your order number if you need a change or cancellation. We will check the order's status. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. This does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to the United States only. Processing takes an estimated 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, delivery estimates and help with delivery issues.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Our 30-day guarantee starts on the day you receive your product. It covers wrong-size items, including a size you selected, and product defects. We offer returns, exchanges and refunds, and pay return postage for eligible returns. Please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us for instructions before sending an item.
Using the website
You must not use our store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, introduce malicious software, interfere with the website, or access another person's account or information without authorization.
Store text, branding and images belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping and keep information relating to your orders. Commercial reuse of protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
