Free standard shipping to the United States
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Tracking is included. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom or other countries.
Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing and transit times are separate. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; carrier delays, severe weather and customs checks, where applicable, may affect delivery.
Tracking your order
We provide a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a code is issued. If you need help locating your tracking information, email info@thelittlecedar.com with your order number.
Delivery details and order changes
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the details can still be changed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help resolve the problem. Photographs of damaged items and packaging can help us review a damage report.
Returns and exchanges
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, including when you choose the wrong size. We pay return postage for all eligible return cases. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions.
