Our 30-day return guarantee
We want your child's jacket to be the right choice. You can request a return, exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your product if the size is wrong or the product is defective. This includes a size that you selected yourself as well as an incorrect item or size supplied by us.
Free return postage
We pay return postage for all eligible return cases, including customer-selected wrong sizes, incorrect items and product defects. Please contact us before arranging postage so we can provide the return instructions and explain how the postage will be covered.
How to start a return
- Email info@thelittlecedar.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. For a size exchange, tell us the size you need.
- For an incorrect or defective item, describe the issue. Photographs of the item and its label can help us review the request.
- Follow the return instructions we provide, including the return address and postage arrangements. Pack the item securely and keep any return tracking details.
Please do not send a return to our business address without instructions. It is not a designated returns warehouse.
Size exchanges
If you chose the wrong size, contact us within the return window to arrange an exchange or refund. Exchanges depend on the requested size being available. If it is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you, including a refund, rather than substitute another item without your agreement.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items
Please contact us when you discover a defect, damage or an incorrect item. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate return, exchange or refund. We cover return postage. The 30-day guarantee does not limit any additional rights you have under applicable law.
Refunds
When your return has been reviewed, we will contact you about the outcome and confirm the refund arrangements for an approved refund. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the money in your account. If you need an update on a return or refund, contact us with your order number.
Other return requests
This guarantee covers size issues and product defects. For a request outside these reasons, contact us so we can review your circumstances. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
